You can download the app on Apple Store by changing your Apple ID's location. When switching to Korea, choose to not link any payment method to your account and use fake data for your billing address (phone number and zip code with only 0 numbers for exemple).
You can login using Kakaotalk, Twitter, Facebook or your Apple ID.
Once logged in, if you run the application on an Apple device, you have 2 passes available:

The pass at 9,99€ on the picture below in 30-day streaming and download. You can use this pass only if your Genie account is verified with a korean phone number.

If you are on Android, you won't be able to buy the pass. You will have to ask help to an Apple user.
If you don't have the money for a pass, creating a Genie account is still important. Many Bana will share free passes on Twitter during the comeback. With a Genie account, you will be able to listen to the song for free on Genie by using theses passes. Make sure to log into Genie and to set your browser as "desktop site" in your browser menu before clicking on the link.
